At Empanadas El Guanaco, we are passionate about bringing the authentic flavors of Chile to our customers. Our journey began in 2000, when our founder discovered the her rich culinary traditions of Chile during a trip to down memory lane. Since then, we have been dedicated to sharing our love of Chilean cuisine with our community.
We aim to make food that is economical and fresh. If you want premium ingredients we can accommodate for an additional cost. If you want bargain ingredients we can use those too. We aim for 80% fat free ground beef for example but can cut costs or charge extra for higher or lower content. We can do gluten free, vegetarian, organic, an other diets too. Omit or substitute ingredients too. All for a cost.
Cooking is done in collaboration with the whole family. Our traditions include the influences of Marta, Cecilia, Nina, Erik, y El Troy. Grandpa Erik handles pickups and collects cash.
